Hi people! Michelle asked me to put a poem that she wrote on this blog, cause her mother banned blogspot. Here it is:
The Essence of a New Day

When morning gilds the skies
With a curtain of blue,
What holds this day in store for me?
I have not a clue.

How should I live?
What do I say-
What shall I do
With my life today?

I walk through life everyday-
Look at the things around me.
Open my eyes wide,
Oh, the things I see!

When tomorrow comes,
Today will be gone forever.
I can use today to change the world-
Or will I choose to say never?
